Summary
Tsukasa Mizukami is an accountant at a factory. One day, her company is merged with another company, and she is placed in charge of accounting at the headquarters of the merged company. Perplexed by the differences from the way they worked before, Tsukasa and her colleagues come to find various issues to overcome.
Tsukasa has her own management system for collecting know-how for successful work at the factory. She proposes creating a system to share know-how collected from employees in the new company as well.
Murasame, who is a colleague from the new company, explains "knowledge management" to Tsukasa, saying "Good management of knowledge in the organization leads to new value creation."
They work together on promoting knowledge creation within the new company.
