Summary
28-year-old Anri, suddenly finds herself in a position to succeed her father's supermarket business, but is very disappointed that none of her previous work experience as a project leader in a leading fashion company is paying off, and feels out spaced by her employees.
Her father brings in a consultant to help Anri, not with business but her communication skills. Together with the consultant, Anri works on her communication using NLP tools, which decrease misunderstanding, increase trust with her employees, and even help her to improve her issue solving skills.
The improved communication quickly spreads to her employees, leading to a stable business turn around.
