Summary
Mie is a 26-year-old cabin attendant who works at a local airline, but due to her reluctance to say "No", her work and private life are not going well.
One day, she meets a woman at the airport who introduces her to concepts of Assertion. Despite her fears, she begins to take action to communicate her thoughts and feelings clearly to her boss and colleagues at work, while taking their emotions into consideration.
Mie is surprised to find that her actions gradually take hold, and the previously awkward work environment turns into an environment with better communication. As Mie is now able to clearly express her thoughts, she is able to honestly reevaluate what she originally wanted to do and is able to work more positively to achieve it.
