Summary
27-year-old Yuka, a member of the Corporate Planning Department, is ordered to instill reforms of its manufacturing division, based on the new management philosophy and revamped action policy.
When Yuka actually goes to the factory, she is met with fierce resistance, as the head office's approach and actions seem to be a top-down imposition. Yuka, wondering how to resolve the employees' distrust of the company, happens to participate in a management simulation game based on the "Learning Organization" concept, where she meets Susumu, the owner of a beer hop farm.
Yuka takes Susumu's advice and together they systematically sort out the issues she is facing and change her behavior and the way she faces members of the team in order to bring her closer to them.
