Born from the Experience of a Master Consultant The History of NOLTY
The original Noritsu Techo planner was designed by Iwao Ono, then-secretary of the Japan Management Association. Ono was a consultant who specialized in helping clients raise productivity. He saw effective use of time as vital to productivity improvement, and successfully used planners to drive adoption of this idea among factory employees. Ono’s ideas remain central to NOLTY’s products today.
